Dear customer,

Please note that House of Inkantation is a small business. We do our best to ship things quickly, but we're not as fast as Amazon. We have other commitments like full-time jobs, family, and volunteering for regional associations and do everything in our remaining free time. Therefore we typically ship twice per month. Many of our products are DIY and handmade (like most printing products, which we print in-house ourselves), so it may take some time to craft.

Our product quantities are often limited, so act fast to secure your order.

Standard shipping does not include tracking or insurance. If you require these options, please contact us to arrange them.

If a product is lost in transit and has sold out at our end, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If your shipping address has changed and you did not notify us in time, you will be responsible for covering the postage fees again. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your information up to date.

If you have any issues, please contact us before filing a PayPal claim.
FYI: We ship using DHL and Deutsche Post.

Also, keep in mind that international shipments, especially outside the EU, can take up to 30 working days or more.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
